Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lola Home Fragrance. We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50. For orders under £50, a standard shipping fee applies. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

EU Shipping We ship to EU countries. Delivery times and shipping costs will vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Fragile Items Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
